Started by Five Neighbours

Bridgeway Community Trust began in 2013 when five Bell Green residents pooled a few hundred pounds to run a one-off food collection during a hard winter.

Twelve years on, we're a registered charity running three weekly services, staffed mostly by volunteers from the estate itself. We keep overheads deliberately low - two part-time coordinators, one hired hall - so as much of every donation as possible reaches the people using the pantry, the youth club, and the befriending service.
