Is Your Website Losing You Customers?
A 10-point self-audit - pop your email in to unlock it.
- First impression: does your homepage say what you do and who it's for within 3 seconds?
- Mobile: does it actually work well on a phone, or just "not broken"?
- Speed: does it load in under 3 seconds on a normal connection?
- Contact: can a visitor find how to contact you in under 10 seconds?
- Trust: are there real reviews, photos, or proof this is a real business?
- Clarity: is there one obvious next step (call, book, buy) on every page?
- Freshness: does anything on the site look out of date (old year, old prices)?
- SEO basics: does the site show up if you Google your own business name?
- Design: does it look like it was built in the last 3 years, not 10?
- You: if a stranger landed here, would you be proud to say "that's my website"?
If you answered "no" or "not sure" to more than two of these, let's talk about a redesign.
