What data we collect

The guided enquiry form on our Contact page submits directly to this website's own server. When you submit it, we store what you tell us (your name, email address, and your answers about your project) so we can respond to your enquiry, and we email ourselves a copy so we don't miss it. This data is only visible to us in our website's admin area - it is not shared with any third party. "Get a Quote" and other enquiry buttons elsewhere on the site link to this same Contact page. Legal/policy pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy) still use a plain mailto: link for questions, which opens your own email application and does not submit anything to our server.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Impact.com affiliate tracking tag, which may set cookies to track referrals and affiliate links. See our Cookie Policy for details. Standard WordPress cookies may also be set for site functionality.

Portfolio and demo pages

This site includes example/demo websites (shown under Work, Templates, and Website Packages) built to showcase our design work. These are demonstrations, not real trading businesses. One demo (an online shop example) uses WooCommerce to show a real shop flow, but payment is limited to demo-safe methods only (no live card payment gateway is connected), so no real payment data can be processed through it.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing lcwebdesign25@gmail.com.
