Privacy notice

LC Web Design (Leon Cogan, Bradford) is responsible for the information you give us. Contact: support@lcwebdesign.xyz.

What we collect

If you use the "Get started" form we receive your name, business name, email, phone number (if you give it), what your business does and the domain you'd like. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send.

Why, and how long we keep it

Only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to build and look after your website. The form sends your details to our email inbox and keeps a copy on our web hosting (Namecheap). If you don't become a customer, we delete your details within 12 months. Customer records are kept while you're a customer and for 6 years after, for tax.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your details, and this site has no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing support@lcwebdesign.xyz. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
